Sr.Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes.
Ø Day Shift
Ø 5 Day Working
Ø Fresher’s with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!
Ø Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
Ø Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
Ø Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
Ø Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
Ø Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
Education:
- Graduates (BE/ BA/ BSc/ BBA/ B Com / BE Drop Out, MBA – Sales & marketing)
- B.E &B.Tech– Any year any percentage (Up to 2019 pass out)
- B.E &B.Tech– 2019 pass out, aggregate % should be below 60%.
- Past year B.E graduates are eligible provided they have at least a year gap after passing out.
- Past year M.Com, MCA, MSc pass outs are eligible provided they have at least a year gap after passing out.
- For Diploma – HSC + 3 years Eng. Diploma
- 10th + Eng. Diploma is not eligible.
- Appearing or pursuing any education/certification/job entrance exams or qualification is not eligible.
Experience: Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years of sales experience.

Salary: 18K CTC (13.7K in hand)
