• Active Coordinate with Design team, production team and merchandiser.
• Planning for new season sampling and production orders.
• Work with designers in their design developments.
• Work on buyer inspiration for new prints & new development.
• Arrange collection/ show room for buyer visit.
• Prepare collection for overseas trips or exhibition.
• Create and Maintain Style databank, dyeing/Printing, Inward/Outward Knowledge
• Coordinate with Design team for development of new design as per client’s requirement.
• Maintaining all necessary documents for record purpose.

• Any First Class Graduate with relevant experience of Merchandiser with Design background, Graduate / Diploma from Textile.

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Merchandising preferably in Fabrics/Garment industry.
• ERP knowledge will be preferable.
• Experience in interacting with internal / external customers to understand the requirement.

Technical Competencies:

• Should have good understanding of product and requirement.
• Should be well versed with Photoshop, corel draw.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Should have Good computer skills and knowledge.
• Good Communication (Written & Verbal), strong Negotiation skill and Time Management.
• People Management skills.
